Mary Frances Leach Radius (July 15, 1919-November 20, 2015) devoted to her family, her belief in the power of education, and the tenets of our great country, passed away peacefully in her sleep this morning. She has requested to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later time. She will be missed.
